ABOUT ME.

I have been working as a Registered Nurse since 1996. In 2008 and 2014, I experienced my own health challenges related to surgical complications. At that time, I was introduced to holistic approaches such as Reiki, yoga, meditation, sound healing and improved nutrition as a compliment to my medical treatments. I achieved tremendous results. Due to this experience, my goal became to share these available modalities with others who are also anxious to heal. I look forward to assisting you on your healing journey. I start with a comprehensive assessment and we discuss the best approach for you. Small steps, encouragement, getting to the root cause of what might be holding you back.
